Most products are shipped via DHL, Estafeta, or FedEx (typically 2-3 business days). Most orders are processed the same day or within the next few business days.

- Priority mail from parcel companies does NOT guarantee delivery in 2-4 business days.
- Shipping usually takes 2 to 4 business days, but sometimes there may be delays. (Check the tracking number)
Please note: Once packages are updated according to the courier's delivery information, we are no longer responsible for lost, misdelivered, or stolen packages. Please ensure that ALL SHIPPING INFORMATION is accurate and correct, including tracking numbers (indoor/outdoor/batch), to avoid any issues upon delivery.
Recipients of any international shipment may be subject to customs/import duties, international taxes, charges, and/or any additional shipping fees. Supremo Clean Mx is not responsible for any additional fees upon arrival; these are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. Import fees cannot be estimated.

To receive a refund, the products must be unused and in new, original condition.
